Nyzir Smith and Namor Smith were presented the special award plaque for their entry of electric dirt bikes in the Black History Month Parade Saturday, Feb. 17 in Clarksville. An annual event, the parade was sponsored by Red River County Charities Inc. and the community, and awarded prizes for first through third place floats in two divisions, as well as overall best decorated float.
