Travis Bassett has been the Red Raiders top golfer this spring, routinely shooting in the 70s. The sophomore shot a 76 for the first day of the District 13-3A tournament at Sulphur Springs Country Club. Winnsboro finished the day in first place with team members Bassett, Leon Ackerman, Reed Geraci, Ethan Arrington, and Jarrett Baker. Joe Brunson and Sam Cotton are competing as medalists.
