Clara Jane Widemon, age 88, of Mount Vernon, Texas, passed away on Thursday, Sept. 21, 2023, at her home. Funeral Service was at 3 p.m.Sunday, Sept. 24, 2023, at Sam B. Harvey Funeral Home. Interment as at Roberts Cemetery in DeKalb, TX.
Clara was born on Dec. 14, 1934, to John and Oleta (Caswell) Ferguson in Loraine, TX. She was married Johnie Lee Widemon, Sr., for 53 years.
Terry Neal Jordan, age 73, of Mount Pleasant, Texas died on Monday, Sept. 25, 2023. There will be a Family Led Memorial Service at a later date in Mineral Springs, Ark. Terry was born in Albuquerque, NM. on Nov. 2, 1949, to Richard Neal and Wanda Lou (Hooks) Jordan.
Tony Joe Hall, age 60 of the Hagansport Community, died Sunday, Oct. 1, 2023, in Mount Vernon, Texas. He was born in Mount Pleasant, TX to Gleen Dearil and Henryetta “Miller” Hall on Feb. 12, 1963.
A memorial service is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 7, with a noon luncheon at the Hagansport Community Center followed at 1 p.m. with the service.
