1929-2023 Angeline “Ann” Gelner Luck, age 94, passed away on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, in Mount Vernon, Texas. Visitation was on Sunday, December 17, from 1:30-2:30 p.m.

1948-2023 Ronnie Lee Gentry, Sr., age 75, passed away on Saturday, December 9, 2023, in Mount Vernon, Texas. Ronnie was born in Mount Pleasant, Texas on May 6, 1948, to Johnnie and Mildred (Easley) Gentry.

1951-2023 Norman C. Goss, Sr., of Clarksville, TX, passed away on December 20, 2023.

1951 - 2023 Robert Ray Pearce, age 72, of Mount Vernon, Texas (formerly of Winnsboro, Texas) passed away on Monday, December 4, 2023, in Tyler, Texas. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at Sam B.

Patrick Sloan Ross, Sr., age 67, of Mount Vernon, Texas, passed away Friday, December 1, 2023, at Medical City Hospital, Plano, Texas due to complications following a heart attack the Sunday prior. Visitation will be today, December 8, from 6-8 p.m.

Nancy Frue (Arthur) Davison of Weaver, Texas passed away at her home on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, surrounded by her family. Nancy was born to Ralph Lester and Robbie Lee (Solomon) Arthur on July 29,1936, in Mount Vernon, Texas.

Charles Edward Dunlap, 69, of Dallas, Texas passed away on October 10, 2023. Charles was born in Mount Vernon, Texas on May 9, 1954 to Theotha Aurelius Dunlap and Lucille Dunlap (Mitchell).

Carolyn Ann Jones, passed away, Thursday, November 23, 2023, at Focused Care in Clarksville. She was born September 15, 1944, in Red River County to Albert Milton and Johnnie Griffin Raulston. She is preceded in death by her parents; and 5 brothers Kenneth, Albert Milton, Morris, Jack and Melvin.

Carolyn worked 43 years at Red River General Hospital which later became East Texas Medical Center- Clarksville. She loved her work and the so many friends she made along the way. She had a work ethic like no other and anyone that knew her knew her love for that hospital.
